This Privacy Policy explains how Grevillea Digital LLC, operating as Stock Market Fundamentals ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our site, join our mailing list, or purchase a Product. We collect information directly from you and, when you make a purchase, from our payment provider:

We do not knowingly collect full payment card numbers; those go directly to our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for Product purchases.
3. How we collect it
Our mailing list is run through Kit (ConvertKit), which processes the email and interest information you submit through our signup forms under its own privacy policy. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, which handles checkout, billing information, and payment security under its own privacy policy. Site analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
4. Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks on this site. A small hidden field on our signup forms is used only to detect automated bots (spam prevention) and is not used to identify or track you. Our email and payment providers may set their own cookies while you're actively on their hosted pages (for example, during checkout); see their respective privacy policies for details.
5. How we use your information
- To deliver Products you've purchased and provide related support;
- To send you the guide, course updates, and occasional content we think is worth your time;
- To respond to your questions or requests;
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access; and
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use the site so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep it
We keep mailing list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep purchase and billing records as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses (for example, under the GDPR if you're in the EU/UK, or the CCPA/CPRA if you're a California resident). We're based in the United States, and the service providers we use (including our email and payment providers) process data in the US and potentially other countries. By using the site, you understand your information may be processed outside your home country.

Our site and Products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
