How to request a refund
Email stockmarketfundamentals@grevilleadigital.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order confirmation if you have it. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we approve it.
What the guarantee covers
The 7-day window applies to the "Before You Buy a Stock" guide, our current Product. Because it's delivered digitally, we ask that requests come within the 7-day window rather than an open-ended period. This keeps the policy fair and sustainable for us to offer.
Future courses
The Valuation Course and the Practice Program are still in development. We'll publish a specific refund policy for each (likely similar in spirit to this one) before either goes on sale, and we'll update this page at that time.
Order or billing issues
If something looks wrong with a charge, a download link isn't working, or you were billed unexpectedly, contact us first at stockmarketfundamentals@grevilleadigital.com before disputing the charge with your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster directly, and it avoids the delay and hassle of a formal dispute.
