Stock Market Fundamentals is a product of Grevillea Digital LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized in Wyoming. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, our digital guide "Before You Buy a Stock," and any related courses or products (together, the "Products").
By visiting the site, joining our mailing list, or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase a Product.
2. What we offer
We publish educational content about how to read public companies' financial statements and evaluate them using fundamental analysis. Our current Product is a digital guide delivered as a PDF. We are also developing additional courses, which will be governed by these same Terms unless stated otherwise at the time of sale.
3. Not investment, legal, or tax advice
Everything we publish is for educational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in any Product is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. 4. Digital delivery
Our guide is delivered electronically, typically as an instant download or a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. There is no physical shipment. Please make sure the email address you provide is accurate, as it's how we deliver your purchase and any related access instructions.
5. License to use what you purchase
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual, non-commercial education. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the Product or its contents with anyone who hasn't purchased it;
- Post the Product, in whole or in part, publicly or in any shared or paid community;
- Use the Product to create a competing product; or
- Remove any copyright or attribution notices from it.
All content, design, and materials on this site and in our Products are owned by Grevillea Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. We don't collect or store your full payment card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective" date above. Continued use of the site or Products after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
